Role: Principal Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant

Job Location: Remote (Work from home), with travel to client sites as required

We help clients ensure their Workforce Management (WFM) systems can respond to rapidly changing business needs and deliver more effectively. Timekeeping, Absence Management, and Scheduling are not only key components of WFM systems, but they are crucial business processes for our enterprise clients. Our WFM Services and TestAssure automated testing software delivers value to our clients by helping them configure, integrate, and test their WFM systems to ensure those systems continue to deliver accurately and with precision.

Position Summary:

The Principal WFM Consultant provides functional and technical expertise for configurations, testing services, or other Workforce Management solutions to Agilea Solutions’ clients.  Duties will be project-dependent, but the Principal Consultant will work with client and vendor teams to understand customer needs and provide solution design or other WFM consulting services.  The Principal Consultant will also support their teams by leading projects, mentoring, and leading teams of consultants, and being subject matter experts for certain WFM systems and/or modules. The Principal WFM Consultant will work in a collaborative team environment and will coordinate with other team members, clients, and their project manager to complete project deliverables.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and maintain training on WFM systems and processes as necessary
  • Be the lead consultant, gathering business and technical requirements
  • Performing needs analysis to determine how clients need to use the system
  • Authoring specification documentation
  • Configuration and/or custom development of client’s WFM systems to meet client requirements
  • Coordination, documentation, and execution of unit, integration, and acceptance testing of implementation configuration
  • Write and execute test cases for clients, as necessary
  • Troubleshooting of test and production configurations
  • Support of users in a production environment
  • Ability to assess risk, identify dependencies, escalate risks (as needed) to clients and/or Agilea
  • Mentor and coach other consultants to enable them to deliver a higher level of services
  • Be a subject matter expert in certain WFM systems and share WFM knowledge broadly among the team
  • Evening and weekend support may be required for client go-live, cutovers, etc. as project timeline dictates.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience implementing UKG Dimensions or other Time Management solutions.
  • Certified or accredited UKG Dimension consultant is an asset.
