About the Role: 

Agilea Solutions is seeking a diligent and personable Onboarding Specialist to join our Workerbee team. In this role, you will conduct screening calls with potential Workerbee Specialists, assess their eligibility, and guide them through the entire vetting process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Workerbee Specialists, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Perform initial screening calls with potential Workerbee Specialists to assess their qualifications and fit for the platform. Provide information about the Workerbee community and answer any questions candidates may have. 
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for the Workerbee platform, ensuring all candidates meet the required standards before proceeding to the next stage.
• Guide candidates through the entire vetting process, including background checks, skills assessments, and reference checks. Ensure all steps are completed accurately and efficiently. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workerbee Specialists throughout the onboarding process, providing timely and helpful support, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. 
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are completed. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for new Workerbee Specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of all screening and onboarding activities. Provide regular reports on onboarding metrics to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

What You'll Bring to the Role: 

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition operations, or a related field is highly desirable. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in talent management software and HR technologies. 
• Solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating reliability and consistency in delivering results. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
