About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Contract UKG Pro WFM Reporting Expert with strong technical and analytical skills to collaborate directly with clients on custom reporting projects. This role focuses on utilizing UKG Pro WFM to develop, customize, and deliver reports that meet unique business needs. 

As a contractor, you’ll have access to a community-driven platform offering diverse opportunities across US, Canada and beyond. 

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Sign up and gain access to our platform’s curated freelance projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand reporting requirements. 
• Design and deliver custom reports using UKG Pro WFM, SQL, Crystal Reports, Reporting Studio and BIRT. 
• Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes. 
• Engage in dedicated project work 
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and networking events. 

What you will bring to the role: 

• Expertise in UKG Pro WFM, SQL, Crystal Reports, Reporting Studio, BIRT and custom reporting tools. 
• BIRT Certification
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, specifically with UKG Pro WFM. 
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs. 
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) contract work 
• Business Structure: US candidates need EIN/LLC; Canadian candidates require incorporation
