About the Role: 

We're seeking a UKG Pro WFM Integrations Specialist with Boomi certification with deep technical expertise for a full-time contract position. You will collaborate directly with clients on system integration projects. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations within the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) ecosystem to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. 

As a contractor, you’ll have access to a community-driven platform offering diverse opportunities across US, Canada and beyond. 

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Work directly with clients to analyze business needs and integration requirements 
• Design, configure, and implement seamless integrations between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems using Boomi 
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for robust performance 
• Configure and maintain Boomi middleware solutions 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support and address post-implementation queries. 
• Participate in professional development through workshops, webinars, and networking events 

What you will bring to the role: 

• Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro WFM integrations, APIs, and Boomi middleware 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with system integration and workflow optimization, specifically within the UKG Pro WFM ecosystem. 
• Current Boomi certification (required) 
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs. 
• Proven expertise in Boomi integration development and implementation 
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) contract work 
• Business Structure: US candidates need EIN/LLC; Canadian candidates require incorporation.
