About the Role: 

We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist (Advanced Scheduling) with deep expertise in labor demand, forecasting, workforce optimization, and advanced scheduling configurations. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling module to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency.

This contract provides an opportunity to work on dynamic projects, solving complex scheduling challenges and ensuring effective labor management solutions.

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Sign up and gain access to our platform’s curated freelance projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements related to labor demand, forecasting, and advanced scheduling.
• Partner with clients to Configure, implement, and optimize the Advanced Scheduling module within UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
• Develop and fine-tune volume and labor forecasts and optimize the schedule while conforming to the scheduling rules.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling, offering guidance and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in dedicated project work.
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and networking events. 

What you will bring to the role:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, focusing on advanced scheduling and labor management. 
• Expertise in configuring and implementing UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling and related modules.
• Develop and fine-tune volume and labor demand forecasting, schedule optimization and schedule rules.
• Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs.
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) contract work.
• Business Structure: US candidates need EIN/LLC; Canadian candidates require incorporation (no third parties).
