About the Role: 

We are seeking an ADP Workforce Now Configuration Consultant with deep expertise in time & attendance, pay rules, accruals, compliance, and workforce scheduling configurations. You will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting ADP’s WFM solutions to meet client-specific needs and improve workforce efficiency. 

This contract position offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects, solving complex workforce management challenges while ensuring compliance with labor laws and business policies.

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Sign up and gain access to our platform’s curated freelance projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements related to time tracking, accruals, compliance, and scheduling.
• Configure, test, and optimize ADP Workforce Now, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and compliance requirements. 
• Develop and fine-tune system rules for pay calculations, overtime, shift differentials, leave management, and labor regulations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals. 
• Act as a subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, offering guidance and insights throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Engage in dedicated project work, supporting clients with system enhancements, troubleshooting, and best practices. 
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and networking events. 

What you will bring to the role: 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, focusing on time & attendance, accruals, compliance, and scheduling. 
• Expertise in configuring and implementing ADP WFM solutions, including pay rules, leave management, and workforce scheduling. 
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll policies, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance. 
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs and improve system efficiency.
• Experience conducting system testing and validation for payroll calculations, compliance rules, and workforce scheduling. 
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) contract work.
