Who We Hire: 

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can design, deploy, and optimize agent-powered marketing systems - someone who doesn’t just manage funnels, but builds the AI infrastructure behind them. 

This role blends growth operations, RevOps, marketing automation, and LLM agent deployment to create scalable, intelligent lead flow systems for both sides of our platform: Specialists (CareerBee) and Clients (TalentBee).

You’ll be responsible for building (and integrating) autonomous agents that handle sourcing, outreach, nurturing, qualification, and measurement - while overseeing traditional marketing ops systems like HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Artisan. 

What You’ll Own: 

Agentic Infrastructure & Automation 

  • Design and deploy GTM agents: Build ToFu and nurture agents using HubSpot workflows, Artisan AI, ZoomInfo, and native Workerbee systems. 
  • Own agent performance loops: Create automations that adapt to lead behavior, engagement signals, and ICP criteria. 
  • Develop playbooks for how marketing agents (and tooling) are trained, deployed, and measured - and help evolve them over time. 

Systems, Campaigns, & Execution 

  • Own HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and Artisan infrastructure end-to-end 
  • Launch integrated campaigns aligned with ICP and city-product GTM matrix 
    • Outbound sequences, content aligned with brand voice and positioning with personalization best practices 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Talent, and Sales on demand-gen and event readiness 
  • Drive lead flow through Ava, LinkedIn, website, and email sequencing, and agent-led automations 

Reporting, Signals, and Insights 

  • Create dashboards and attribution models inside HubSpot to track campaign performance and lead movement, quality, and viability  
  • Design lead scoring and buyer-intent frameworks for talent and client-side engagement in HubSpot 
  • Extract insights from campaign and funnel performance to inform strategy

As you offload execution on to AI you will shift further from doing to designing. From operator to architect of a scalable agent-led revenue engine. This is not theoretical; it’s the job.  

You're expected to: 

- Be on-camera for key meetings, Workerbee leadership needs to set the example 

- Be active on Teams during core hours.

What You’ll Bring to the Role: 

  • Marketing Experience:  3-5 years in marketing operations, growth operations, and/or revenue ops (B2B SaaS or platform start-up experience preferred) 
  • System/Tool Fluency: Experience in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and other campaign systems 
  • AI / Agentic AI: Experience with AI and/or AI Agents is a plus, becoming familiar quickly is a requirement once in the role. 
  • Proven Track Record: Strong critical thinking, process orientation, and documentation skills
