About the Role: 

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role involves creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, gathering user feedback, and using that data to design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Get to Do: 

• Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective UI/UX solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to iterate on and refine the user experience.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure design meets the end-user's needs and business goals.
• Provide ongoing design improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain cutting-edge design standards. 
  

What You'll Bring to the Role: 

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on web and mobile platforms. 
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including usability and accessibility. 
• Experience gathering user requirements, conducting UAT, and implementing feedback into design iterations.
• Ability to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders. 
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
